ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old to use GenCook. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App • Submit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content • Interfere with the operation or security of our infrastructure 4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT Recipes and suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, recipes may contain errors, allergen mismatches, or unsuitable ingredient pairings. You are solely responsible for inspecting ingredients and ensuring food safety, allergen compatibility, and proper cooking temperatures. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS Certain features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. 6.
